Zahir has been extremely helpful! My husband and I have been extremely satisfied with him throughout the whole process. We had a few hiccups closing on the house because the prior tenants did not move out in time. Zahir went above and beyond his scope to help these tenants move out, so we could close before our loan commitment expired. In addition to that even after closing, the same tenants had left behind debris, so Zahir even helped us sort this issue out even after closing! As a first time home buyer, he has been a great asset to us with his immense knowledge and expertise of the NY market. He held our hand throughout this process since the NY market is very new to us, with timely responses and exceptional service! We highly recommend him and trust him. He always has your best interests at heart! We have already recommended him to other people that have asked us for recommendations and we will probably go with him when we buy our next home too! Overall, very satisfied. Zahir was my agent for 2 transactions that happenned at the same time. Selling my condo and buying a house. He is very responsive and trustworthy. Very professional. I do think he can improve his negotiating skills. On my purchase transaction, he was more like a middleman just passing messages. Granted that the seller's agent may have been unresponsive, but Zahir could do better to actually act as the buyer's agent in negotiating a better deal. The seller's agent got the better of him. Good things about him were he would respond at any time. There were no issues with regards to getting info. He was very organized too. And a gentleman.
